Motorcycle bearing applications include starter bearing, crank shaft bearing, gear box bearing and wheel bearing. According to its working conditions, starter bearing features intermittent impact load, low start torque, excellent resistance against dust and reasonable radial clearance range. Wheel bearing features high rpm, heavy load and thus has a request for fitful grease, relatively higher radial clearance, and severe request for raw material. In addition, we’re also technically experienced in crank shaft bearings, gear box bearings and other motorcycle bearings.

Lower noise and higher rotation speed is required in motors used in air conditioner and washing machines, NEO has been engaged in developing such bearings since our inception. Presently, NEO innovates in cages and designs low noise cage. At the same time, automatically supersonic cleaning machines are gradually introduced into production, which solve noise problems caused by dirt in bearings.

Simply distinguishing automobile bearings to others lies in that auto bearings are used in movement conditions and greater differences from working environment among variable parts Load and working conditions are much more complicated. Different motor has particular improvement in designing and processing. For example, deformation should be considered during consistent working under high temperature for bearings used in cooling fan motor; rust-proof and lower noise in wiper; good sealing, corrosion prevention, start torque during lower temperature and long life for alternator etc. In order to develop automobile bearings, NEO trains all the engineers five basic tools in automobile industries, updates manufacturing process, uses cold treatment and high temperature tempering. Meanwhile, NEO introduces fully automatic production lines and relevant experiment machines to conduct life testing, temperature raising and grease leaking testing, fatigue testing, salt spray testing, heat wearing testing, high and low temperature striking testing, vibration striking testing etc according to motor bearings’ particular requirements and variable applications.

Bearing finds its most typical application in lawnmower gear box, which has a request for bearing sealing performance and doesn’t allow bearing gear box oil leakage into bearing and bearing grease leakage as well. In addition, because of high pressure in gear box, bearing must have special performance for pressure relief, after years of practice and verification, we’ve successfully designed seals structure which bears pressure relief and thus better solve OEM customers’ problem. In other application of garden machines, we also accumulated sufficient experience.
