Power tool bearings run with high rotation speed, usually 30,000 rpm. Applicable bearings feature fast temperature rise in their service and thus has request for high-temp & high rpm performance of grease. Limit rpm must be considered in design, and manufacture must be controlled delicately to ensure excellent running accuracy. Currently, we can work this running accuracy up to P5 class (ABEC5).

Bearings in OA device application must be low noise, resistance to high temperature and low start torque as general standard, in particular, bearing used in duplicator must have conduction of electricity. OA device bearing are usually miniature bearings, most of which are thin-wall type and some are flange type, therefore, manufacture delicacy and processing equipment accuracy must be set in high level.
